Meet Chloe

Founder of Chloe Cox Therapy

Chloe is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT#132625) and registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) who specializes in treating young adult women who struggle with perfectionism, disordered eating, life transitions, and identity. Chloe sees clients in person for therapy in Tustin, CA as well as online throughout California state.

She has a unique perspective that can only come from her own personal experiences with disordered eating and chronic overachieving that lead to her own quarter-life crisis. Chloe found her way out of this period of fear and “stuckness” by stripping away the expectations that others had placed on her, and returning to her authentic needs, desires, and ambitions. Through her own journey in therapy, and reconnecting to self-worth and intuition through yoga, Chloe made it her mission to help other women find their way back to their authentic selves. 

Chloe has extensive training in evidence-based therapy models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Enhanced for eating disorders (CBT-E) and Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT). In 2018, she completed her yoga teaching certification with the internationally accredited Yandara Yoga Institute in Bali, Indonesia. Chloe has also trained in Brainspotting (BSP), a brain-body based approach that uses a client’s visual field to tap into the part of the brain where trauma is stored and released. Combining traditionally effective talk therapy with yoga therapy and brainspotting methods, Chloe has identified a niche methodology of healing that bridges the gap between the mind, body, and spirit.

Brittany Hitt is a licensed therapist (LCSW #300134) with passion for working with teens and young adults struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. Brittany is currently accepting new clients virtually throughout California, and has in-person availability once weekly in Tustin, CA.
